what is AFP,what is Radio plan and what is Analyzer ?

post processing, planning and frequency planning.

so in other way that …
GA9~GA11 we can call as post processing tools,
Celopt AFP we call as Freq planning tools,
and … Radio plan for planning …
am i rite?

is it has a different license for those items?
