Thanks for your good intention to help me, but I can’t explain why it is happen. I did install it normally but always get that error when run it…
Someone told me, maybe there are other software having different database systems that may conflicting this one… Some other one told me, there are so many cracked programs that causing this… really did not understand what happened with this…

Try this remedy.
goto start - run - type ‘sigverf’ in windows.. select windows\system32\drivers & create a log file. Now chk the drivers whihc r unsigned & may be clashing with Agilent. Tru to rename the files one by one & reboot to see if u r not gettng the error…Thats how I do troubleshooting.. Mostly it is some driver clashing or corrupted.
