All users need to reset password when first time login

We’re excited to let you know that our community has successfully moved from the old forum to a new platform powered by Discourse. :tada:

For security reasons, we weren’t able to migrate passwords from the old system. To log in, please reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link.

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. You’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: Please make sure your email address is valid. If it isn’t, just send me an email with your old forum details, and I’ll update your account to the email you’re contacting me from.

If your username now appears with “_vbxxxx” at the end, please send me a private message and I’ll update it for you.

All your old posts, discussions, and profile information are already here, ready for you.

Hi Geza,

I haven’t received such e-mail as I logged with my username. It didn’t popped up to check e-mail. I have logged with Google. Is this option for resetting password somewhere in the system after logging?

you can go to the login page and click “ I forgot my password “ to reset the password.

my old username is “ssmc”. but i can’t use it to reset my pass. “ssmcjzj” is my new username .how to get it back?

send me the screenshots of old forum login by your new email to prove you’re the owner of ssmc, I will replace the old email with your new email, then you can reset the password with the new email.

Each email address can only be used once. Your new email is now linked to your new account.

i did it. but i can’t modify my username to “ssmc“. plz set “ssmcjzj” as Senior Member.

You can reset the password for your old account if you have a valid registered email. Alternatively, feel free to send me your new email address, and I’ll update it for you.
