CSFB SR exceeds 100%

Dears,

I found some cells CSFB Success rate is more than 100% using below formula:

100*((‘L.RRCRedirection.E2W.CSFB (None)’+‘L.IRATHO.E2W.CSFB.ExecSuccOut (None)’)/‘L.CSFB.PrepAtt (None)’)

which formula you are using? and what is the explanation of this issue?

Why add L.IRATHO.E2W.CSFB.ExecSuccOut ?

You should have few cell make this issue not all cell.

As counter uses L.RRCRedirection.E2W.CSFB (None) and L.RRCRedirection.E2G.CSFB (None) on nominator..

Hi Dear,
Even with this formula: = 100*(‘L.RRCRedirection.E2W.CSFB (None)’ /‘L.CSFB.PrepAtt (None)’ )
still some cells cross 100%
is there a technical explanation for this issue?

Have checked to add LCS in denominator as CSFB consider both voice and LCS.
