EasyRNP 1.1 mapinfor 邻区检查插件

1、运行环境
Mapinfo软件7.0版本以上
2、 EasyRNP插件：BSHelp.dll和EasyRNP放在同一个目录下即可
工具的运行：用Mapinfo打开mbx文件来执行。EasyRNP会在Mapinfo的菜单栏添加自己的菜单项。
3、另附SiteSee工具，可选用该工具生成站点，生成的站点比EasyRNP好看。
（该工具加载进Mapinfo后，其功能菜单在Mapinfo的Table－WFI SiteSee，选第一项"Create Site Boundaries"创建基站，详情参见SiteSee使用指南）
