The invitation code is send by the admin/mods to every individual! So the above one is not the invitation code(spoiler :))

Oh, well, the purpose of the “challenge” is to “probe” those who want to register.
What I can say is that the ASCII conversion you tried actually helps … but it is not the only decoding step to do.

You’ll understand you have to solve a little “challenge” to access a questionnaire … and send the answers to the specified e-mail address.
Once exetools’ admins/mods process your request, you’ll be given a specific invitation code to register.
