I request bricked MTP3250 firmware (.z19 / Upstart / MR15.1) for recovery

Hello everyone,

I have a Motorola MTP3250 that got bricked after attempting to erase its memory in CPS Plus.

I'm looking for **any files that will allow me to revive it**, specifically:

- .z19 firmware for MTP3250
- Upstart
- MR15.1 .rpk or any compatible version

I've seen some users on this forum flashing bricked radios.

If anyone still has the files and could share them with me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Gabor, that’s why I asked for the files. I’m following that document.
I got the .RPK, I’m missing the factory upstart kernel.
I also have the walkie-talkie wired.

The latest avaible Upstart Kernel and s.19 Boot files for the D35/R35 MTP-3XXX series radios:
UPSTART KERNEL MR2025.01 NON E2E CLEAR D35 MTP3xxx.zip

Please note: this is the last firmware for the CPS Plus v8.2 Depot, above this you need V8.3 Depot - not avaible yet.
