Hi Optimizer in the following link a VERY VERY good doc
showing how to create and plan UMTS projet with PlanetEV step by step.
Note that the file is ziped with password and can be downloaded juste 10 times ( restriction from rapideshare site)

Hi Taki

Ur link for RS expires/limited to 10 downloads as u r just uploaing the file.
I sugegst u create a collectors accout on RS which is Free. Then u wil get points for every download and u can use teh points to get Free access to RS Premium.
U can do same for Deposit files also & become a gold member.
