Post processing tool

I am currently using Actix for post processing of benchmarking data. We have GSM & CDMA nws.
I am looking for another Actix like tool which can also process GSM & CDMA log files simultaneously.

The post processing tool should be able to process Agilent, Nemo, Invex3G, TEMS log files.
Pl suggest.guide me for the tool. If you have any details of such tool, pl share.

I looked at windcatcher but it has separate GSM & CDMA. So is X-CAL. Nemo Analyser handles only Nemo & TEMS.

Pls tell me whether dongle is necesary for actix analyser.Can dongle used with tems route analysis can be used with actix analyser
