Hi friends,

I upload Simens Network Monitoring tool for GSM network
Name : Siemens_NetAn2K_setup.exe
patch for NetAn will be posted soon (1/2 days) - only needed action is thanks button so that i can get some points for downloading other software from forum - khakha

Pls help to make a new Folder name for Network Monitoring System softwares like : Siemens NetAn, Huawei Nastar, Alacatel-Lucent Spat3G, ZTE NO …

Also need to make folder for documents and training materials

请问一下，这是做什么用的，西门子的手机可以通用软件算出联机Key，就可以打开手机的工程模式，不需专用的软件，就用那个破解软件就可以了！x65PapuaUtilsV075b这个就可以搞定X65和部分X75的手机。但是西门子的工模内容很简单，所以很少用西门子机器！！功能还不如NOKIA S40的工模呢！！

没有安装文件，能不能重新上传一份，提示没有找到 Vclx60.bpl文件，重新安装应用程序可能修复此问题

i’m newbie here..

i already download it but can’t instal on my laptop, the message show on my laptop " this application has failed to start because vclx.bpl was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem ".what must install first to my laptop?..
