I would need the TETRA CPS 8.3/MR2025.1 with the last firmwares for updating MTM5400 and MTM800. Could someone help me?

It is not my upload.
Please note: with the latest release you need the latest Depot too, v8.2 won’t work.

For the MTM800 you don’t need so new software becouse the latest FW for that is MR 5.14.10x.
