Tool Piano for MAPINFO (create Cells)

You will find in accompanying document a tool which will allow you to realize CELLS under MAPINFO.
I have to draft a small help.

Roots, I already have uploader the file, it is about format DBF (that you can open under EXCEL). That OK for you?

Guys, I would like to let cells symbol in MapInfo be like that in planning and post-processing tools.
(I mean to let the site symbol be like flower consists of three parts as shown, and of course the direction of each part must be coincide with the sector azimuth)

So how could I do that in MapInfo?

dude u can use many tools available in the markeet ( i ll share later) in order to see your site data base in " FAN Symbol"

I wonder y dont u use GTool, it works really gr8 and has the different display for 900 and 1800 sites, u can easily distinguish the sites in it !

Neighbor planning is also very easy in it, plus u can also import the GIMS drive test measurements and statistics. !

I think it is a better tool than PIANO
