Help: NPO tool not getting data of GPRS !

Pls help me solving this problem
Our NPO tool cannot get the data of GPRS ( traffic, attempts, establishment… ) in most of day. However, everything in voice traffic is OK.
This happen after we change the leasedline provider and defined more PS E1 for our BSC
So, pls give us your advice. We’re using 2G RAN ALU system

WE found that the raw counters ( in rar ) in folder ATFR\APME\MFS don’t move to folder ATFR\APME\OBSYNT\mfs502. So NPO couldn’t get the counters to calculate
We try to change the name in MFS, but didnt success
Pls help
