T7676: Average Forward Packet lOss Rate of IPPM

What’s the troubleshooting for high T7676: Average Forward Packet lOss Rate of IPPM
greater than 30%

I’ve many WCL suffers from this problem? wondering about solutions that could fix it?

ask your transmission guys to clear their part. Inform them of packet loss you’ve found.
especially if the transmission you are using in your network is microwave.

FIrst Xcheck with Ping Jumbo Pipe more than 1500 unfragmented
second xcheck MTU size all path
third xcheck BW setting from node–transmission–RNC
fourth xcheck autonegotiate between node & Transmission should same on both setting

VS.IUB.FlowCtrol.DL.Drop.UpBW.Num.LgcPort1
VS.IUB.FlowCtrol.UL.Drop.UpBW.Num.LgcPort1
VS.IPPATH.PING.MaxLOST
IPPM counter if u activated it
